You may not realize that you’re in Ohio when you spend time at the Aspen Treehouse, as the aesthetic is much more that of a Colorado ski lodge. With focuses on the wood of a cabin, you’re able to “ski” across a drawbridge overlooking the scenic cliffs. Up to four can comfortably lounge in this true, home away from home.

- Speed Limit: Speed Limit is 5 miles an hour. Please comply, there may be children playing.

- Parking: There is a maximum of two cars per site. Additional vehicles must be left at the Family Fun Center parking lot.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please ensure your children remain at your site until 8:00am. Our quiet hours are strictly enforced.
- Beach Area: There is no lifeguard on duty. All swimming is at your own risk. No children under 12 years old are allowed in the beach area without adult supervision. There is no smoking or pets allowed in the beach area. The beach area is available to all guests.
- Alcohol: This is a Family Facility and the use of alcohol is limited to your own site and should not be brought into the beach area.
- Pets: No pets allowed.
- Fishing: Anyone 16 years old and under can fish without a license. State regulated waterway so anyone 17 years old and older must have a fishing license – Fishing is at own risk.
- ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED: Fireworks, Firearms and ATVS. No parties, noise after 10pm or unauthorized visitors. We have a zero tolerance policy on these, with immediate eviction without refund.
