World’s Largest Inflatable Bounce House

Yes — children under 40" tall can enjoy our dedicated Mini Bounce Zone. Guests under 36" may only use this area. Those 36"–39" may access both bounce zones with adult supervision. All guests under 40" must be accompanied by an adult at all times

If the inflatables are closed due to bad weather, they will be shut down for 30 minutes and then re-evaluated for safety. 

The safety of our customers and staff comes first and in the case of thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds or other adverse weather conditions that would pose a risk we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events and will communicate any changes as soon as we can to ticket holders via our social media pages. If there has been rain, water is possible on the inflatable and you and your party may get wet!

We have no age limits, in fact we have a dedicated area for anyone 40 inches and under! Anyone from walking to 109 years is welcomed. We have a great time for all ages. However, we do ask parents / carers to be mindful of the potential hazards associated with allowing their smaller children that are over 40inches onto the Bounce House.  We run a safe event and we have multiple staff working throughout our event to ensure safety and good behavior. However, children will be children and we strongly recommend that parents are nearby .

Yes. Manufacturer requirements:
Bounce House: 250lbs
Mini Bounce Zone: 150lbs
Guests who exceed these limits cannot participate.

Yes. Guests 30"- 36" must stay in the Mini Bounce Zone, Guests 36"–39" may enter the Mini Bounce Zone and the World’s Largest Bounce House with adult supervision. Guests 40" and taller may enjoy the World’s Largest Inflatable Bounce House and Obstacle Course and are not permitted in the Mini Bounce Zone. All guests under 40" must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

We highly recommend that parents sign waivers for their children on our website in advance so that it will automatically be in our system when they arrive. Every customer wishing to enter or participate in our Bounce areas is required to sign a waiver. Waivers only need to be signed one time.

Yes, for the safety of everyone in the bounce areas participants and spectators must sign a waiver. No one is permitted in the Bounce Areas without a verified signed waiver. All spectators must check-in to the front desk as well. There is no fee if you are just a spectator.

No waivers are good for the entire season that they were signed. Waivers must be completed yearly.

Yes outside food or drinks are allowed to be brought inside the bounce zone areas. We do have drinks and snacks available for purchase that can be in the Chill Zone area at the picnic tables. We will also have local food trucks at various events throughout the season. Make sure to check our website for Monthly events. No alcohol may be brought into the Bounce Area

We have an open parking lot with plenty of parking space available

Parking is easily accessible and free of charge.

If you are unable to find your child please go to the office staff who will be able to issue a “Lost Child” alert via our radio system. Our staff may ask for some details such as a description of your child, what they are wearing, and where they were last seen. Once the alert has been broadcast and the child has been found, they will be escorted to the office where they can be reunited with a parent or guardian.

If a child is unable to find their parent or guardian, they should approach a member of staff who will be able to raise a “Lost Parent” alert and safely escort the child to the office where they will be monitored by staff until a parent or guardian comes for them. The child may be asked for a description of the parent, along with what they are wearing and where they were last seen.

Our goal is always to deliver an experience that is even better than it is advertised. On rare occasions this may not be possible due to unforeseen logistical issues. In these circumstances we reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw individual elements of the event. Where possible we will communicate this in advance.

No. we encourage customers to leave these items and valuables in their vehicles. Hocking Hills Family Fun Center is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

We’re afraid no pets are allowed.

All turned in lost and found items can be picked up during office hours Sunday – Saturday, 10:30am – 7:00pm.
