Hocking Hills Family Fun Center has been a longtime staple at the gateway to Hocking Hills and is now under new ownership! We are thrilled to begin this new chapter and are currently completing a number of exciting renovations. While the full scope of improvements will take time, please rest assured that our focus is on creating an enhanced experience for all of our guests.
The camping season is April 17th-October 31 annually.
- Our quiet hours are strictly enforced, 10pm-8am daily. After hours, in an emergency, please contact 911.
- Go Karts are no longer available as we made room for the World's Largest Inflatable Bounce House.
- Mini Golf is new and improved as of the 2025 season
- The beach area changes regularly based on water levels, including its quality. This is natural and out of our control.
- Pets are $25 per pet. There is a 2 pet maximum. By bringing your pet and accepting our agreement you confirm that your pet is up to date on all necessary vaccinations. Treehouses do NOT allow pets.
Lodging Policies
- Speed limit 5 mph
- Firewood must be purchased in office – no outside wood allowed
- Campsite check in 12pm, check out 10am
- Cabin check in at 2pm, check out 10am
- Treehouse check in at 4pm, check out 10am
- Parking limited to 2 cars per site
- Campsites and Primitive Cabins are for 2 people – additional campers are an additional fee
- Each site can accommodate up to 6 people
- Quiet hours 10pm-8am enforced
- Do not move fire rings or picnic tables
- River beach area warning – no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult
- Trash pickup at 10am - failure to clean up campsite results in cleaning fee
- Alcohol must be contained to your own campsite
- Pets not allowed on beach, must always be leashed and cleaned up after
- No firearms, fireworks, ATV’s, unauthorized visitors or parties allowed – results in immediate eviction with no refund
- No smoking is permitted inside of the Primitive Cabins or Treehouses.

Primitive Cabins and Riverside Campground Only
- 30 DAYS OR MORE = FULL REFUND OR STORE CREDIT WHICH MUST BE USED IN PERSON, OR A GIFT CARD GOOD FOR ONE YEAR (Full refund does not include finance charge).
- 15-29 DAYS PRIOR = 50% REFUND OR STORE CREDIT WHICH MUST BE USED IN PERSON, OR A 50% GIFT CARD GOOD FOR ONE YEAR.
- 14 DAYS OR LESS = NO REFUND OR GIFT CARD
Hocking Hills Treehouse Resort
- 95% of prepayments made are refundable when cancellation is made 60 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 45% of prepayments made are refundable when cancellation is made 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
