Yes, we have a dedicated Mini Bounce Zone for all those who are under 40 inches in height. This area is safer for the younger kiddos, so they don’t have to worry about the roughness of older bigger children and adults. Children under 40inches are not permitted on The World's Largest per State Requirements 

Unfortunately we cannot pencil anyone in because we are required to have payment in full. However as soon as you are ready to book, you can email info@HockingHillsFun.com.

After you have checked in for your party and all have completed a waiver. Our staff will verify all waivers have been completed and they will receive their wrist bands (if applicable) and socks. Anyone not bouncing will receive a hand stamp. The person who booked will receive the appropriate number of raffle tickets that corresponds with the number of party guests for mini golf. The raffle tickets can be redeemed in the office when a child is ready to play their round of mini golf. The participants will then see the attendant at the door who will go over the rules. Be free to go and play. You and your party guests are welcome to stay and play for as long as you'd like.

You will have your private pavilion for the scheduled two full hours.

No, we do not provide individual party hosts, but if you are in need of anything or have questions don’t hesitate to come to the main office and one of our customer service associates will be glad to assist.

To have the best chances on getting the time and date you prefer, we would recommend booking your party at least a month before the party. The easiest way to book a party is to book online through our website. Simply CLICK HERE to check out our party package then click the BOOK A PARTY link at the top of the site to book it. Depending on the size of the children we feel that 6 is a comfortable number. Our picnic benches are 12 feet in length. However, if you don’t mind them being squeezed it could possibly be up to 8 since the kids will be playing much of the time anyways and the amount of time they will spend sitting will be very minimal.

We do not have a maximum, but we would recommend no more than 50 people if you are concerned about seating at the picnic tables under the private pavilion. If your party grows to larger than 50, we recommend adding an additional private pavilion at $150 (if available) for your guests. Additional fees may apply.

No, just the birthday honoree gets a return free full day pass.

No, we do not provide food. In our main office we have various snacks, ice cream and drinks for sale. You are more than welcome to bring in food and drinks for your reserved celebration. There is electricity plugins available at the pavilion and a grill. You can also order pizza from our exclusive pizza partner Pizza Cottage in Logan, Ohio. They are the only pizza company that will deliver to our location. Their information is: 1961 E Main St, Lancaster, OH 43130 (740) 277-6289. When calling to order you must mention that you are at the Hocking Hills Family Fun Center 26633 Main Street, Rockbridge, OH 43149. All guests are required to clean up their pavilion areas and ensure all trash and items are thrown away or taken with them.

Any child who is jumping that is under 40 inches will be considered part of your group. You can also just purchase them a ticket at $15 if you would like. Additional socks are available for purchase in the main office. 

Yes! We have parties 7 days a week! These are great for families who like less of a crowd throughout the entire park!

All parties MUST be paid in full to confirm your date. 

$20 Per Additional Participant and they receive the same package amenities as the other participants in your party.

Yes you can bring in your own food and drinks. No alcohol is permitted in the Bounce area. We do not have a place to store or keep cold any items that require refrigeration. 

Yes. A private pavilion can be rented in 2-hour increments for $150. Please contact the office to check availability. 

HHFFC is in the business of fun. You can customize your party to select and choose within your group when kids do mini golf or when they enjoy our Bounce Zone within the session hours.

• Parties can be rescheduled for free up to 14 days before the party, pending availability. 
• A $50 fee will be applied for those rescheduling within 14 days of the party, pending availability. 
• Party must be paid in full at time of booking.
• If an Act of God or weather event causes the Park to close, your party will be rescheduled. No refunds are provided for an Act of God or weather event.

If the inflatables are closed due to bad weather, they will be shut down for 30 minutes. After that time we will re-evaluate and make the safest decision. 

The safety of our customers and staff comes first and in the case of thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds or other adverse weather conditions that would pose a risk we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events and will communicate any changes as soon as we can to ticket holders via our social media pages.

You can arrive up 30minutes before your party start time. Please be advised that our office does not open until 10:30am. We recommend arriving 15 min early so that we can get your group through the process of checking them in. Please make sure all waivers have been completed prior to your arrival.

With a paid birthday party, feel free to bring food, cake, cupcakes or cookies, candles, presents. You must provide all the items needed for your celebration (plates, napkins, table cloths, utensils) – we provide the FUN! We do not allow things like confetti, silly string and glitter.

Yes. Unfortunately we do not have a way to keep the ice cream from melting you must bring an outside cooler to keep it cold and prevent any mess. We do however offer other individually packaged cold treats in the office for purchase.

Yes, under your private pavilion we have picnic tables for presents and seating.

You can add party add-on’s such as a private inflatable next to your private pavilion. Please email info@hockinghillsfun.com for more information.

Yes, anyone who is jumping counts towards the 10. This includes the birthday party child and any parents who may be jumping. We DO NOT charge for parents, grandparents or friends to stay and watch, but they all must complete a waiver – even if not jumping.

Extra Participant refers to any person accessing any of the attractions. Any persons attending the party may watch at no charge but may not access any of the attractions. If any guests in the group want to be part of the “Extra Participant” pricing, they will need to be added for an additional fee. If you do not want extra guests on your bill, and they want to access the attractions, they will need to go to office to purchase a full priced ticket.

We have no age limits, in fact we have a dedicated area for anyone 40inches and under! Anyone from walking to 109 years is welcomed. We have a great time for all ages. However, we do ask parents / carers to be mindful of the potential hazards associated with allowing their smaller children that are over 40inches onto the World's Largest Bounce House. We run a safe event and we have multiple staff working throughout our event to ensure safety and good behavior. However, children will be children and we strongly recommend that parents are nearby .

Guests who exceed these limits cannot participate.

Yes. Anyone 40 inches and under must stay in our Mini Bounce Zone. They are not permitted to enter the Bounce House. Anyone 40 inches and above must stay in our Bounce House and cannot bounce in our Mini Zone Area. Mini Bounce Zone participants must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

We highly recommend that parents sign waivers for their children on our website in advance so that it will automatically be in our system when they arrive. Every customer wishing to enter or participate in our Bounce areas is required to sign a waiver. Waivers only need to be signed one time.

Yes, for the safety of everyone in the bounce areas participants and spectators must sign a waiver. No one is permitted in the Bounce Areas without a verified signed waiver. All spectators must check-in to the front desk as well. There is no fee if you are just a spectator.

No waivers are good for the entire season that they were signed. Waivers must be completed yearly.

Yes outside food or drinks are allowed to be brought inside the bounce zone areas. We do have drinks and snacks available for purchase that can be in the Chill Zone area at the picnic tables. We will also have local food trucks at various events throughout the season. Make sure to check our website for Monthly events.

No alcohol is permitted in the Bounce Area

We have an open parking lot with plenty of parking space available

Parking is easily accessible and free of charge.

If you are unable to find your child please go to the office staff who will be able to issue a “Lost Child” alert via our radio system. Our staff may ask for some details such as a description of your child, what they are wearing, and where they were last seen. Once the alert has been broadcast and the child has been found, they will be escorted to the office where they can be reunited with a parent or guardian.

If a child is unable to find their parent or guardian, they should approach a member of staff who will be able to raise a “Lost Parent” alert and safely escort the child to the office where they will be monitored by staff until a parent or guardian comes for them. The child may be asked for a description of the parent, along with what they are wearing and where they were last seen.

Our goal is always to deliver an experience that is even better than it is advertised. On rare occasions this may not be possible due to unforeseen logistical issues. In these circumstances we reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw individual elements of the event. Where possible we will communicate this in advance.

No. we encourage customers to leave these items and valuables in their vehicles. Hocking Hills Family Fun Center is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

We’re afraid no pets are allowed.

All turned in lost and found items can be picked up during office hours Sunday – Saturday, 10:30am – 7:00pm.
